ITS is using a new tool to provide a better chat support experience. If you have questions about the chat tool, please contact the ITS Service Center by phone at 734-764-HELP (4357) or ask the representative during your chat session.

Start a chat session with an ITS Service Center representative. Normal hours for chat support are weekdays, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Time.

Limited chat support hours are temporarily extended to 10 p.m. for Duo and passwords only.
